butterflies

what cute little girl doesn't love butterflies? or {blutterflies as ellie calls them} Ben and Ellie went to Home Depot a few weeks ago and by the way, for the record..Home Depot is Ben's other home. While they were there Ellie saw a butterfly net that she desperately wanted. So she saved her chore money and purchased one. We spend a good few hours outside trying to catch butterflies. We have the pretty white ones that are constantly flying in our backyard. So off she goes trying to catch one. Sadie runs with her yelling, "catch it Ellie! catch it!" and then of course we get sad and pouty that we don't actually catch one. I thoroughly enjoy watching her run crazily flapping that butterfly net. Kids are fun!

Evan decorated our back yard with his painted bird house. We get TONS of birds and have to refill it daily.

Maybe on of these days this cute girl will let me do her hair with out screaming and crying!
