How big were your melons?

we got lots of watermelons this year. but, we planted too late, so they weren't able to reach their full potential...poor watermelons. So we cut them open, took out the seeds, dried them and will plant them next spring. the kids had fun tasting them...... yes, my son is trying to chuck a melon at me!
