violin

Jacob has been wanting to learn how to play the violin for awhile now. I shared this desire with Ben and a few days later...Jacob had a violin. But before you get all excited for Jacob, lets talk about the violin. It's old. Like a 100 yrs old. On Ben's search he wanted an older one. He claimed the sound is better. {He played when he was younger, so he's a pro..ha} The violin needs some surgery. As you can see, it only has two tuning pegs and needs four. The chinrest is not there...and we need a new bow. But, it can still make music and Jacob is thrilled. Now if only his school had an orchestra. poop.
