This was dinner for us the other night. i'm not a potato girl. i would take rice over it any day..but Ben likes bleu cheese and I like bacon, so i thought i'd give these babies a try. the kids loved them as well, so we'll fo sure be making these again. yum.

Looks yummy. We love potatoes over here at our house. We have themes for each night of the week- monday tacos, tuesday breakfast for dinner, wednesday burritos, thursday pasta, friday pizza and a movie, saturday home made mac n cheese, and finally, sunday is potato night!
