So I have been cooking with yeast for the last 6 years and sometimes its good and a lot of times, not so good. I was talking to my lovely friend Beth one morning and was sticking some bread in the oven. I totally forgot to set the timer and lost track of time! so I had to guess and wahhlaa!! they turned out beautiful!! soft and tasty!! I only have one bread pan so I made one big loaf and two small cinnamon breads! I have made bread again since then and I think now I have finally got the hang of it! true story!!
